02One connected queue
Everything from ticket to service
Coordinate customers, counter agents and package preparation on the same local network—with live updates across the screens that matter.
-
Self-service kiosk
Let guests choose a service in French, Arabic or English, enter configured details if needed, and take a numbered ticket.
-
Real thermal tickets
Print clear tickets on 58 mm or 80 mm ESC/POS printers, with configurable numbering and optional barcode or QR.
-
Live lobby displays
Show who is being served and who is waiting. A designated display can chime and speak the ticket number.
-
Counter management
Give agents a focused queue screen to call, recall, send back, complete or cancel tickets with a recorded reason.
-
Package preparation
Route selected services through a preparation display so a ticket is called only after the package is marked ready.
-
Reports and accountability
Review waiting and handling times, search ticket history, export CSV reports and use role-based permissions with an audit log.
03Designed for delivery counters
Prepare the package before calling the customer
Liverily runs on Windows desktop and Android devices over your office's local network. A PC or Android tablet can host the site's data and coordinate connected terminals and printers; day-to-day queue operation does not require cloud connectivity.
Guest-facing screens support French, Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and English. Phone numbers are masked in staff lists by default, public displays never show personal details, and revealing a number requires permission and is logged.
Optional add-on: the licensed Appointments module lets authorised staff record appointments and issue dedicated check-in tickets. Appointments are recorded by staff; guests do not book online.
